Supported by the latest UPLC systems, UPC2, Spark Holland Symbiosis on-line SPE systems and Hamilton Microlab STAR workstations. We also have a strong Immunoassay group focused on Regulatory Bioanalysis for biologics and biomarkers with ELISA and MSD technology. In Regulatory Bioanalysis we are specialists in complex bioanalysis; high sensitivity methods for small molecules, biomarkers and peptides by LC-MS/MS; fast turnaround PK support for FIH studies and microsampling methods (Mitra and Tasso technology). In Discovery Bioanalysis we provide customized fit-for-purpose bioanalysis for in vivo discovery studies. We provide a broad range of in vitro ADME LC-MS based assays to determine key ADME properties - from early discovery screens to definitive studies. We are also specialists in metabolite characterization from early discovery in vitro studies to late development radiolabeled studies.
