All confocal microscopes are outfitted with live cell imaging chambers to control CO2 flow, temperature and humidity Advanced Image Analysis, including 3D and 4D image reconstruction and quantitative measurements Cell analysis for data acquired using the benchtop cytometers and the FACSDiVa. These services range from simple one-color analysis of the cell cycle to multi-color, multi-laser analysis requiring expert knowledge of machine setup and color compensation Cell sorting (operator driven), using the FACSDiVa. The DiVa sorts up to 20,000 cells/second in a single or two-way sort or can deposit cells in wells of a variety of microwell plates using its automated cell deposition unit Cytometry Data analysis, using any of three offline workstations in the Hudson Webber Cancer Research Center (HWCRC) or one in the Prentis Cancer Research Building that provides access to licensed Cellquest, DiVa and FlowJo software for basic analysis and programs such as Modfit for cell cycle analysis.
