2795 2nd Street Davis, CA, 95618 United StatesThe UC Davis Mouse Biology Program (MBP) is happy to announce CRISPR-based genome editing (InDel, Exon Deletion [ExDel]) in murine embryonic stem (ES) cells and zygotes as a service for the academic scientific community. CRISPR technology can greatly reduce both the cost and time to generate mutant mouse models (e.g., knockouts) for scientific research. CRISPR can be used to create new mouse models, insert additional mutations, and modify pre-existing mutations in mouse models or ES cell lines. CRISPR allele modification including both conditional knock-out (cKO) genes and large Knock-in (KI) fragments up to 5kb are also available. We are happy to offer floxed cKO, KI (1bp to 5kbp), and inserting single nucleotide variants (SNVs) on an R&D basis. As a leader in mutant mouse modeling and a participant in the NIH funded Knockout Mouse Project as well as the Mutant Mouse Resource & Research Center, the UC Davis MBP has invaluable experience in custom mouse model design and production. How do I get my organization listed on the map?
If your CRO isn’t showing up on the map, then please be sure your company profile is up to date in Scientist.com’s Backoffice. After logging in, click the Your Company button in the navigation at the top, and then select the Locations tab.
Information about my organization is incorrect, how do I fix it?
Head over to backoffice.scientist.com to update your supplier profile and information. It may take up to two business days for the updates to be reflected on the map.
