Also paired FFPE samples of original tumor and recurred /metastasized tumors. Approximately 1000 FFPE blocks have been used to validate OncoMineDx genomic panels by ThermoFisher. We have another 300+ genetically annotated solid cancer blocks in HRR and TSO500 gene panels. - We also provide fully consented, paired plasma from cancer patients, with or without matched tumor blocks/sections and medical data including follow-up data. b) Flash frozen samples maintained in liquid nitrogen including tumor and adjacent normal tissue. c) Live cell cultures or PDCs derived from hematological and solid cancers such as breast cancer, gliomas, oral cancer, AML, ALL d) Blood derivatives such as plasma, serum, live or frozen PBMCs from healthy and diseased donors,. We have access to blood banks so we can provide PBMCs e) DNA, RNA, cell pellets f) Real world data We are very keep to partner with population genomics companies to address the DEI gap using our Asian samples. www.sapienbio.co.in Sapien has disease samples from all diseases including cancers, IBD (UC, CD), CKD (lupus, IgA IgG diabetic nephropathies etc), CLD & NASH, dermatology (psoriasis, scleroderma, etc), transplant (liver, kidney, heart), brain diseases, pediatric diseases, non-infectious (Dengue) TB, bone diseases. Bone marrow and other body fluid blocks are available from many diseases. We procure blood prospectively and process it for serum or plasma or cells for clients e.g., dengue, psoriasis, colorectal cancer, age-matched healthy and breast cancer patients, NASH, AML. We have plasma and serum from pre-covid time. We perform services in NABL-accredited pathology and hematology labs. Services include IHC, IF using established or research use antibodies using our tissue samples to optimize SOPs. We use Ventana XT automated staining machine, histopathology lab and experienced clinical pathologists. We have built a digital pathology library of 1000+ breast cancers with each tissue stained with H&E, ER, PR, Her2, Ki67/Mib. We also have a library of 650+ cancers including endometrial, colorectal, thyroid, liver, renal, gastric, H&N cancers tested for MMR by IHC (matched slides of H&E, PMS2, MLH1, MSH2 and MSH6). Whole slide images are available as 40x scanned images from Philips scanner for AI, ML, digital pathology applications. H&E images from >5000 cancers are available and more can be made as needed by client. Sapien has established 2D and 3D spheroid tumor cell assays for screening novel drugs, validating biomarkers and assessing formulations, herbal extracts. Cancer and Immune-inflammation assays in 96- or 384 wells are performed for proliferation, cell death, cytokine release by ELISAs, FACS. Custom cell assays using primary cells and co-cultures with immuno-oncology drugs like Keytruda have been set up for US clients. Cell blocks from cell lines or primary cells are made for diagnostic panel controls. Deep datasets comprising diagnostic, demographic, treatement and outcomes is available for ~5000 breast cancers, ~1000 lung cancers, ~3000 CRCs, ~1000 kidney cancers, please ask for other cancers where we can collate the data from medical records available to us. The Contract Research Map is owned and maintained by Scientist.com. It was created to help researchers in the life sciences identify and connect with contract research organizations (CROs) based on geography. Updated nightly, this map features all of the available CROs within our network, so you can order services with a few clicks. Click on a specific country, scroll on the map itself or type into the search bar at the top—there are many ways to find the location and suppliers that you’re looking for. From Argentina to New Zealand, use this map to connect with a CRO near you.
We believe that every researcher across the world should be able to connect with the thousands of global CROs that exist and have the opportunity to work together. Like many industries, the life science supply chain has been disrupted over the last year. But there are many other circumstances such as international customs regulations or sensitive shipping times that create limitations around which countries are feasible to partner with. Sometimes, finding a CRO based in a country that best suits your research needs is imperative. We hope this contract research map allows you to find the right partner in the right place at the right time.
Have questions or feedback? We’d love to help. You can find our FAQs and contact information on the Learn more page.
