The facility comprises of 10,000 sq. ft. of state of the art research and development laboratories, analytical laboratories and cGMP laboratories (Grades A to C; ISO 4.8 to 7). Over the years, Pepceuticals has established a reputation for excellence in the field of peptide synthesis, having developed novel technologies that allow us to prepare complex peptide molecules. We also remain dedicated to providing innovative solutions to the drug manufacturing industry, by continuing to increase our development program of large and small synthetic peptide libraries, enhancing the prospects of obtaining new research candidates. We provide a comprehensive drug development program that allows us to furnish peptides manufactured under cGMP, from milligram to kilogram quantities and to support all aspects of peptide manufacture. Furthermore, we also have an active program to develop generic peptide active substances (API’s) that cover many different disease areas. At Pepceuticals we operate a stringent Pharmaceutical Quality System which verifies that the products we supply meet or exceed industry standards. Pepceuticals holds an API (active substances) manufacturing licence as granted by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) and BSI ISO 9001-2015 accreditation. Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team, ensure that our instrumentation, operating/ testing, and staff training are maintained and continually updated to achieve these high standards. Our aim is to deliver all our products in a reliable time frame with a full certificate of analysis and supporting data as standard.
