The core also offers human/mouse whole genome, miRNA, and custom screening libraries for cross-species functional characterization in a systematic, comprehensive, and cost-effective manner. Importantly, the HTB Core is strongly committed to being fully accessible to the entire academic community, both at the national and international level, in order to facilitate inter-disciplinary and multi-institutional collaborations. The HTB strives to better support the research community by evaluating new reagents and technologies and welcomes feedback on current and future services. Services include: • Custom siRNA/miRNA human and mouse libraries starting at $700 • Automated liquid dispensing starting at 0.1ul and microplate washing • Robotic plate replication, reformatting, and media transfers • Multimode plate readers (luminescence, fluorescence, absorbance, Alphascreen, infrared) • Assay development, screening, data analysis and visualization support • Automated tissue and cellular imaging • Digital image analysis (ie. viability, colony count, colocalization, neurite outgrowth) • Plate preparation for ELISA, and screening of small molecules, biologics, and other assays • Training for independent equipment usage or supported / full service assay development / screening We also share resources with the Rockefeller University High-Throughput Screening Resource Center (HTSRC) so that NYU users will have access to chemical libraries through the HTSRC.

How do I get my organization listed on the map?
If your CRO isn’t showing up on the map, then please be sure your company profile is up to date in Scientist.com’s Backoffice. After logging in, click the Your Company button in the navigation at the top, and then select the Locations tab.
Information about my organization is incorrect, how do I fix it?
Head over to backoffice.scientist.com to update your supplier profile and information. It may take up to two business days for the updates to be reflected on the map.
