However GMW also covers the North of Spain with its activities through a test site located in Santiago de Compostela and other regions from the Valencian head quarter. The personnel (mainly formed by agricultural scientists and biologists) has recognized experience in the conduct of efficacy trials, with wide experience in the efficacy of biological products, residues in plant, soil dissipation and soil accumulation as well as ecotoxicological studies conducted in compliance with current European guidelines (OECD, SETAC, EPPO, CEB, etc.). GMW conducts Field Residue trial in all regions of Spain in all major as well as in minor crops. Through GLP Environmental fate studies GMW investigates the interactions between compounds and environment. Soil dissipation studies provide estimates of the time needed for 50% or 90% dissipation (DT50 or DRT90) of the active ingredient under field conditions. GMW also carries out field and semifield studies on honey bees under GLP to assess general effects of plant protection products on bees or to investigate more specific questions such as the impact on the brood development in honey bee colonies exposed to treatments as well as the longterm development of exposed colonies. This kind of studies is conducted in cooperation with our German partner, IBACON. A record in the last years of more than 450 successfully conducted efficacy trials, residue studies, and others provides you a clear picture of GMW significance as CRO providing services for the European industry.

If your CRO isn’t showing up on the map, then please be sure your company profile is up to date in Scientist.com’s Backoffice. After logging in, click the Your Company button in the navigation at the top, and then select the Locations tab.
