Currently there are approximately. 12,000 hectares of vineyards in the integrated production system which represents approximately 63% of all vineyards in the Czech Republic with a growing interest in environmentally friendly agriculture, we expect growth in 2009 biovinic surface of about 400 hectares overwhelmingly moving from areas of integrated production. The technology of these wines is growing among winemakers growing concern and also to the support of the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). After collaborating with the association EKOVÍN allowed the Ministry of Agriculture under the Rural Development passage of measures integrated production measures in organic vineyards and orchards which contributed significantly to the promotion of greening, landscape development and competitiveness of these industries.
