We mainly work for the bioanalytical departments of CROs and pharma companies, and are familiar with the quality standards and internal procedures needed to support their work. We also have all appropriate documentation for the synthesis/export and import of all classes of controlled drugs as well as considerable experience synthesizing steroids. Our company is staffed exclusively by PhD organic chemists. Everything other than synthesis, such as analytical chemistry, is outsourced to the best local providers, with relationships going back to the founding of our company. BDG Synthesis is a privately owned New Zealand corporation, with four chemists and based near Wellington. The company director, Dr. Neil Beare, started working for BDG in 2001 and took ownership of the company in 2014 from founder Dr. Barry Dent. Barry created the company in 1996. We have no outside investors and receive no government funding. To serve the local forensic and environmental science community, we also import analytical reference standards from the global market leader, Cerilliant Corporation, with whom we have been working since 1989.

How do I get my organization listed on the map?
If your CRO isn’t showing up on the map, then please be sure your company profile is up to date in Scientist.com’s Backoffice. After logging in, click the Your Company button in the navigation at the top, and then select the Locations tab.
Information about my organization is incorrect, how do I fix it?
Head over to backoffice.scientist.com to update your supplier profile and information. It may take up to two business days for the updates to be reflected on the map.
